My Experience With Sigma Flat Top Kabuki Brush F80:
Sigma Flat Top Kabuki Brush F80 is a plump brush, with a relatively thicker handle to hold. The glossy black handle is made from wood and does not feel heavy or tire the hands while using it. The bristles for Sigma F80 are made of synthetic bristles so it does not fray or shed while washing. I find synthetic bristles last longer as compared to those made with animal’s hair.
It has a flat top which makes the process of applying liquid foundation easy & quick. The flat top makes sure that the end finish is flawless, without any streak marks on the face. Sigma F80 bristles is dual-toned and this brush is prone to getting stained if not washed properly. The brush is equally dense and does not feel hollow when applying foundation. It feels firm against the skin without being harsh on the face.
Sigma Brushes are easily comparable to MAC Brushes in quality and definitely are available at cheaper price than MAC. Sigma F80 has very soft bristles and not once I felt it to be rough on the skin even with repetitive washes.
What I don’t like about Sigma F80 Brush apart from its availability in India, is that it takes some effort to get cleaned completely. The product settles deep inside the bristles and requires multiple washes. And in addition to that, it takes upto an entire day to dry out. So, it gets difficult for me to use it every single day with washing. I prefer washing my brush with every use. So, I use this brush for special times when I need air brushed skin finish.
Final Words: Sigma Flat Top Kabuki Brush F80 is the best foundation brush a girl can have in her collection. If I had to buy only one brush from Sigma then it would be definitely be Sigma F80. If you can lay your hands on this brush, then you should not miss buying it.
