What it does: Available in two beautiful finishes, matte or shimmer, each blush delivers a healthy glow. Now with enhanced mineral and organic pigments, these blushes feature smoother application, boosted color intensity, and longer wear. Enriched with moisturizing ingredients, including the extract of the portulaca plant and a natural peptide, cheeks look smoother, more hydrated, and fresher-looking.

My take on the Sephora blush Coral Crush:

Yes, here I am with my first Sephora review that I happened to get from the website itself and conveyed to my hands through a friend visiting India ;). The shade is my own choice so I am super happy to lay my hands on this gorgeous blush.

Packaging: It is compact and a heart winner. I love the sturdy black round case in which the blush is housed safely. The engraved sephora logo on the blush looks lovely too. There is no applicator or brush provided.

Shade: The Sephora website states it as a light terra cotta with gold shimmer. I find the color a perfect coral with the golden shimmers adding to the beauty of the shade. The color comes out beautifully on blending and would suit all skin tones well. The color truly enhances your natural beauty and does add the needed warmth to the face along with a pretty color too. Apply it anytime, anywhere, it would appear good with all makeup looks.

Texture: The texture is soft and has a sort of creamy feel to it. It is well pigmented and the brush picks up a decent amount of the product in a single swipe. But once blended in, the color becomes sheer so you may have to apply it twice or thrice to achieve the desired look. But nevertheless, the color is simply beautiful and quite buildable. You don’t have to worry about applying a lot as it takes time to become evident.

The shimmers add a shine to the shade and no visible shimmers can be seen on the face. Te fading is quite even.

Staying power: I can clearly see the blush for 6 hours on me. I had never felt my face clear of the shade till I am ready to remove it myself using my normal cleanser. So it does stay put for long.

Pros:

  • Gorgeous coral color.
  • The blush adds color and enhances your natural beauty.
  • Texture is tender and smooth.
  • Blends in effortlessly.
  • Buildable pigmentation.
  • Stays on for long.
  • Fades away evenly. No shimmer or sheen seen behind.
  • Compact and cute packaging.
  • Does not contain parabens.

Cons:

  • Availability.
  • High price.

Final Word: If you are also in a coral love phase like me then you would never miss out on this blush. It gives a healthy, vibrant glow to your face. There are some lovely colors in this range with few mattes too so one can surely get a color of their choice in here. I would highly recommend this blush to everyone.
