I have been lusting for Real Techniques brushes for so long and finally a bestie arrived as an angel from the states and gave me a bag full of these brushes. I am totally in love with them and my favorite of the lot is the Powder Brush.
Price: – $18.68
Samantha Chapman’s domed powder brush helps your product glide on perfectly. Use it with loose powder, pressed powder, mineral powder, or for a sheer application of bronzer. Its large size also makes it ideal for applying product to the neck, collarbone, and body. Evenly apply powders and mineral foundations for smooth, high-definition results:
– look pixel-perfect even in harsh light
– Ultra-plush, synthetic taklon bristles are hand-cut and 100% cruelty-free
– self-standing for easy storage
– Extended aluminum handle is light and easy to use.
Packaging: Each brush comes housed in a sturdy plastic case which maintains the shape of the brush as well. However it is not easy to place and remove the case very often so am still hunting for a nice brush case.
The plastic cover gives a lot of information about the brush and the usage.
The handle is soft and sturdy, long enough for easy handling. I would not suggest washing the handle, just cleaning the bristles would do.
The powder brush is the fluffiest brush I have ever come across ( apart from Kabukis). The bristles are of awesome quality and not a single one has shed till date. I have super sensitive skin and my skin totally loves this brush , blame the softness. It blends foundations like a dream and is great to apply loose powder as well. I find it too big for blush application but the Real Techniques Blusher Brush is a great choice for blushes.
Final Words: I wish these were easily available in India. These are the best brushes I have used till date. Grab them when you get a chance.
