About the shade:
The shade is called “Peaches”. I love the fact that MAC names all products. It is so easy to remember that way. This is a true peach shade. It would suit light and medium skin tones very well. I doubt if this would show up on dusky beauties. So If you are above NC42, do try this at the store before buying.
This blush is of Sheer tone finish. As this was my first blush,I wanted something that was not very pigmented so that I don’t go overboard and look like a clown. The sheer tone finish blushes are very sheer and smooth. They do not contain shimmer. I would not say they are badly pigmented. They are perfect for beginners. This is a powder blush.
MAC blushes come in a round plastic packaging with a transparent lid (flip type). It is very travel friendly. The label on the back of the packaging shows the name of the blush.
It is fairly pigmented. No fall out.I use with a fluffy blush brush or a kabuki if I am in a hurry.
2.No shimmer (which I like)
4.Very good staying power
5.No fall out
As I said earlier, this was my first MAC blush and I will always treasure this. When Iam in a hurry and do not know which shade to choose, I pick this one. This is my all time favourite shade. This suits my NC 42 skin tone very well. It looks very natural. It does not come with a brush. But I dont mind as I do not use the brush that comes with blushes generally. It is a very safe shade for warm skintones. It is sheer and can be built up whenever required. The staying power is good. It stays for more than 6 hours on my oily skin. I use a primer before applying makeup.
You will love this shade for summers especially. MAC blushes are of very good quality and I plan to hoard more of them.
