MAC Girl About Town Lipstick Review, Swatch, LOTD

Hey friends,This is my first post on my blog. Iam a complete shopaholic and a makeup lover. I simply love cosmetics and hoard them as much as I can. Iam a big fan of MAC products. This is a review on my favourite lipstick called “Girl About Town”.

About the shade:
It is a fuschia pink color. One needs oodles of confidence to wear this and step out. I love wearing bright shades and this is the brightest lipstick I have in my stash. It is a perfect colour for a bride who does not want to wear the normal red or maroon lipstick. It can also be toned down to a nice hot pink. I sometimes wear this just as a stain and it looks lovely. This shade suits all skintones.

The Finish:
This is of Amplified finish. It is creamy and glides on the lips easily.
Pigmentation:
It is amazingly pigmented.I have dark lips caused due to sun exposure and this covers the darkness perfectly.
Staying Power:
It stays for more than 4-6 hours on my lips even after food and drinks. After that,it starts to fade and leaves a nice pinkish stain on the lips.According to me, the staying power is fantastic.

Packaging:
It comes in the standard MAC black sturdy packaging. The label specifies the color name and it is easy to remember. It is travel friendly.

Price:Rs.990
Pros:
1.Excellent pigmentation
2.Very pretty hot pink shade
3.Suits all skintones
4.Amazing staying power
5.Non-drying
6.Does not settle in fine lines
7.Travel friendly packaging

Expensive
Final Verdict:
I totally recommend this shade to anyone looking for the perfect hot pink lipstick. Your search will definitely end here. And this is how it looks on my MAC NC42 skintone
