Loreal Paris Infallible Mono Eyeshadow All Night Blue Review, Swatch, EOTD

Loreal Paris launched these Infallible Mono Eyeshadows few days back. I went gaga over these and hoarded many. I found this to be the prettiest of the lot as Iam a big fan of the shade Blue.
These are pressed eyeshadows and come packed in a cute trasparent jar with a screw cap, indicating the shade of the eyeshadow.

These are priced at Rs.450 each for 3.5 grams.
They are highly pigmented so a little goes a long way.

Inside the packaging, you will find a small lid which is used to keep the eyshadow pressed. I found this to be really unique.

I would not say that these are very very travel friendly but I have carried it to many places in my handbag and there was no damage.

The plastic jar is very sturdy but the product inside is a mix of cream and powder eyeshadow so you have to be very careful while handling it. The texture of this eyeshadow is very different from what I have used in the past. It is very soft and smooth. Just one dip in the jar, gives you amazing pigmentation.

The shade is simply beautiful. It is a true midnight blue shade and is a must have for blue lovers. It is perfect for smokey eyes. It can be used all over the lids and yet looks lovely. It is super easy to blend. The staying power is just fantastic. It stayed all day on my oily lids. Without a primer, it did crease a bit but that is because I have oily lids. With a primer, that issue was sorted out.

The texture is smooth and easy to apply and blend. It has little shimmer but not that alarming and can be easily worn for any evening party. It can also be used as an eyeliner.

I first used an eyeshadow brush to apply but found it difficult as the brush soaked up all the eyshadow so fingers are the best to apply and blend. Since it does not contain much shimmer, just pearly finish, I have even used it during the day.

I hope you liked my review. Iam open for your suggestions as well.
