Kareena Kapoor inspired “Spark a Trend – Sony Vaio” Look

Tutorial By Priya

Hello Everyone,
I recently visited an Electronic Store & I came across a giant poster of Kareena Kapoor in Sony Vaio advertisement & loved her eye makeup. I instantly picked up the leaflet, to recreate the look. In the picture below, Kareena is wearing a  bright blue color eyeliner and towards the end it is transformed into black winged eye liner. It seems like she is a wearing a single color eyeshadow which looks like a bronze color to me. Also, she has left her Waterline & lower lashes completely bare but when I tried the look, I felt the need to define my waterline & lower lashes.

Here, is the breakdown of the Look I recreated:

  1. Begin with prepping your eyes with Eye Primer/Concealer.
  2. Sweep a Bronze color eyeshadow across your lid from the lashline over to the crease area. I used the Vega Eye Shadow brush.
  3. The base is created as shown in the picture.
  4. Apply Electric Blue Eyeliner starting from the inner corner of the eyes & reaching almost upto the end of the outer corner. Leave out 1/8 part of the outer corner.
  5. In the remaining 1/8 part of the lashline apply a Black Eyeliner & wing it out.
  6. Using a pointed brush apply the Bronze eyeshadow on the lower lashline.
  7. Rim the inner waterline with a Brown Pencil Eyeliner.
  8. Finish the look with couple coats of Mascara.

  1. Faces Eye Primer
  2. Cameleon Eye Shadow Palette – I. Bronze
  3. Vega Eye Shadow Brush
  4. Vega Lip Filler Brush used as a Pencil Brush on lower lashline
  5. Faces Eye Pencils in Electric Blue & Brown (Review coming up soon)
  6. Loreal Paris Carbon Gloss Super Liner
  7. Maybelline Colossal Volum’ Express Mascara
For this look, Kareena has kept rest of her face makeup minimal. She applied blush with light hand & paired it with a peachy – brown lipstick.
Hope you all liked the Kareena Kapoor inspired “Spark a Trend – Sony Vaio” Look and would try it!
