My views on the lipstick:
This is my second review on an Inglot lipstick within a week. I just hoarded a few of these during the two day offer being given online. I think these are the best available lipsticks on discounted price.
Shade #61 is a pretty brown with pink undertones. Sometimes this shade appears to show some coral undertones too depending on the lighting. But this is a pleasing brown on the Indian skin tone. This can easily be your ‘on the go’ color and on days when you don’t want your let your lip color grab all the attention.
I would not call it a MLBB shade for me as it is slightly darker for that kind.
Texture wise, this lipstick is just like the rest from the brand; soft, creamy, pigmented and moisturizing. It would not settle in lines nor would be stain the lips after fading away.
It stays on for 4 hours easily on me with light meals in between. I am happy with it this far. If used on top of a lip liner, this shade can surely survive full meals even.
Soft and creamy texture.
Good staying power.
Moisturizing even though it gives an almost matte finishing.
Does not bleed or feather.
Great easy to carry off kind of shade.
Requires a lip brush for application.
Storage of the pans is difficult & not much travel friendly.
Final Verdict: A great every day wear kind of brown that would suit all skin tones well. I am sure I am going to finish this off much quickly than the rest of the inglot refills I own
