Highlighters and bronzers have never been my must-haves as I am more into matte finish products. I heard that these liquid illuminators are safe for oily skin so the beauty blogger in me had to try. Inglot AMC face And Body Illuminator comes in many shades. and I am reviewing 62 which is perfect for Indian skintones.
Price: Rs. 1300 for 15ml.
Packaging: Similar to Makeup Forever HD Blushes, these come in small cute pump bottles that are travel friendly and attractive. The pump is convenient and dispenses a small amount.
The product has a gel like texture and blends quickly and easily, is suitable for all skin types and causes no irritation on my sensitive skin.
62 is a proper highlighter with slight yellow tones, apt for Indian weddings and parties. If you love wearing shimmer, you should definitely consider trying one of these. The quantity is too much and considering how pigmented it is, would last you a lifetime. I wish it came in a smaller quantity at a lesser price.
I use my fingers for application and it looks great when worn alone or when mixed with a nice cream blush also. It works great as a brow bone highlighter and sits without creasing for a long time.
It enhances acne scars and open pores if any, so make sure you use a good base beneath it and powder it well.
It is safe for oily skin and does not cause greasiness or acne. It gives a subtle glow without being too shimmery.
1. Suits Indian skin
2. Paraben free
3. Cute packaging
1. Expensive for a highlighter
Rating: 4/5 ( Does what it claims)
I would never buy another shade in this as it is too expensive for a highlighter that we do not use everyday. However, it is a fantastic product to be kept if you are a to be bride and building your bridal makeup kit.
