Forest Essentials Light Hydrating Hydra Eye Gel Review

By Priya

Hello Everyone,
Today I will be reviewing the Forest Essentials Light Hydrating Hydra Eye Gel. I have been using a few products from the brand Forest Essentials and so far I am happy with the experience. I have been using this under eye gel for more than a month now, read on to know my experience.

Product Description:

• Hydrates • Soothes
A revitalizing gel formula with rice extracts to lighten dark circles and fortify the delicate under-eye skin and a unique combination of highly developed botanical extracts.

Rs. 595 for 15g
My Views:
While browsing the Forest Essentials store a month back I came across this under eye gel and I was wanting to start with an eye care product as I wasn’t really doing much about my under eye area until I laid my hands on Forest Essentials Eye Gel. It is always good to start with eye care once you touch your mid 20’s so as when you get old you have little less to worry about the dark circles, wrinkles etc.

Forest Essentials Light Hydrating Hydra Eye Gel comes in a glass pot with golden color screw cap and an additional lid for protection inside. Packaging is sturdy but the glass pot is bulky and definitely not a good option to travel with. The eye gel looks exactly like aloe vera gel and it contains ingredients like cucumber extract, katak, rose water etc which are great for treating puffiness and lighten the skin. I have been using this eye gel for over month and twice a day. It has definitely worked on puffiness problem I used to face because of lack of sleep. It instantly smoothens and relaxes the skin around the eyes and it gives lighter & cooler feel too.

Price wise, Forest Essentials products are little heavy on pocket but considering you “really” get all natural ingredients and does not use harmful chemicals at all, it worth the amount. Also, I use a drop of gel for both my eyes hence making this small pot easily last me for 3-4 months and I use it twice a day; thereby making it economical.

  1. Made of purest form of natural ingredients
  2. Lightens the area around the eyes
  3. Instantly reduces the puffiness around the eyes
  4. Keeps dark circles and wrinkles away with regular usage
  5. Soothing eye gel
  6. Sturdy and classy packaging

  1. Packaging is not travel friendly

Final Verdict:
If you’re tired and puffy eyes are giving you nightmare and I highly recommend you to use it. Also it always good to take care of eyes at early stage in the life which in turn helps in keeping the dark circles, wrinkles and fine lines away in the long run.
