So when two makeup addicts meet, the gifts you exchange are mostly cosmetics. This was one such lovely gift that Rashmi gave me when we met. Rashmi is a pro and knows the best of any brand. She picked up 2 primers from Elizabeth Arden and I was surprised when she handed me one just after we came out of the mall. I told her I use paintpots mostly as a primer and she insisted that I would be highly impressed with this. Sweet, no?
It comes in a tiny tube looking at which I thought this would hardly last 2 months. But you need really a lil amount for each use and one tube would def go a long way.
Price: Approximately Rs. 900
It looks like a white gel which spreads easily and gets absorbed in seconds. It leaves a clean matte base finish to the lids. While it did not help in making the lids appear brighter ( it does not claim to do so) or the eyeshadows darker than usual, it prevents the lids from pigmentation. One thing I noticed right from the day I got into eyemakeup is, the lids turn darker, no matter which brand you use. It is because you put stress on the nerves above n below the eye area while applying and removing that the darkness is caused and we end up using concealers to camouflage that. This is a miraculous product that I would not have ever purchased in my life, if not for Rashmi’s recommendation.
It definitely makes eyemakeup last longer and crease proof. A must have for eyemakeup addicts I would say.
The tiny tube has a tiny nozzle so no wastage of product.
