Deborah Milano BB Cream 5 in 1 Review

By Ritika
With Garnier BB cream review floating all over the blogs, I too wanted to share my experience with Deborah’s BB cream that I have.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:5-in-1 BB CREAM, a skin perfecting, all-in-one foundation with a multi-performance formula:
1. first it smoothes and primes skin;
2. then it conceals and minimises imperfections;
3. evens out skin tone,
4. moisturises and nourishes skin,
5. and protects it against UV radiation and pollution.

Featuring a multi-function formula, beauty balm offers skin a host of benefits plus perfect skin in just one product. Hypoallergenic*, with a delicate violet scent.
SPF20 for effective protection from photoageing.
*Formulated to minimise the risk of allergy.
5-in-1 BB CREAM has a soft, fluid consistency that allows for as little or as much coverage as required, without ever looking “cakey”. A single application is all it takes to achieve a sheer, natural look; repeat for more visible coverage.
PRICE: Rs.350 for 30 ml.
PACKAGING:I really like the glossy black packaging .It looks superb to be me with a squeeze tube. However, the product accumulates at the mouth of the tube which becomes messy at times.

SHADE: Out of the 6 shades available.5 have been launched in India.My shade is 01-fair which is a neutral shade having pink undertones.
TEXTURE, FINISH & STAYING POWER: The texture is smooth, creamy and it blends beautifully even with fingers. It creates a matte finish. I find it little bit moisturising for my oily-combination skin.My skin has become a bit dry during this season but the BB cream doesn’t aggravate or highlight the drier areas despite being matte in finish.
The coverage is light to buildable medium. However, after 2-3 strokes,it looks a bit ashy. Due to presence of spf ,it  provides a awhite cast under flash. It does cover up minor redness but under skin problems cannot be covered with this.
The consistency of the cream is towards a runny side although not much but it isn’t thick at all.
The major con is the presence of silica, talc, urea so I will never recommend this bbc cream to those who have very sensitive skin or prone to allergies.
The bb cream does even out my skin, has spf 20, makes my skin smooth and stays for about 6-7 hours ,doesn’t make my face greasy or oily but doesn’t minimize major imperfections.
FRAGRANCE:it has a delicate violet scent which is hard to describe but is good to smell.
PROS:
~soft and smooth
~doesn’t aggravate dry skin.
~has spf 20
~even outs skin tones ,covers minor redness.
~has a pleasant fragrance.
~stays for about 6-7 hours.
~provides a matte effect.
~easy to blend so less time consuming.
CONS:
~ presence of lots of harmful ingredients so not for those have sensitive skin.
~ not for those looking for heavy coverage for covering major problems or pimples.
~although it is moisturising for combination, oily skin but it can be a bit drying for dry skins.
~looks ashy if over applied.
~the mouth of the tube becomes messy at times.
RATING:3/5
RECOMMENDATION:If you are looking for a BB cream providing matte effect then I would suggest checking this out but do a  patch test prior buying it. They also have sample at some counters.
