Take Me As I am – I simply love the way Colorbar names their products ( though I know they do copy MAC sometimes, duh!). These chubby crayons are known for the awesome pigmentation and shade range. These are a combo of a lipstick, lip pencil and gloss, all in one, Interesting? I am reviewing one of my favorite shades Flirtatious Pink.
Price: Rs. 800, Colorbar, would you mind slashing the rates like Inglot? You guys are making it tough for those on a budget.
Packaging: Colorful, cute chubby pencils, sharpenable, comes with a free sharpener ( C’mon, 800 bucks)
Shade: Coral pink wit red undertones. I could not spot a cheaper dupe of the exact shade so got 2 of them. Silly me? No, it’s that gorgeous.
It is one of the best sellers from Colorbar and has gone out of stock from all counters, even online. So if you find one anywhere, grab!
The shade is universally flattering. It is amazingly pigmented and the texture is soft and creamy. The glossy finish makes lips appear fuller. It settles down into a soft semi matte finish after 2 hours on my lips.
It stays put for 3-4 hours on my lips and does fade leaving behind a soft stain.
Rating: 4/5 ( If only the price was lesser, Colorbar, think, MAC costs just 200 bucks more)
This is me wearing Flirtatious Pink sans any makeup. You can see how it brightens up my face. Love the shade so much. I doubt if I would ever repurchase any other shade. I would rather shell out 200 bucks more and opt for MAC.
Have you tried these lip colors? Would you repurchase them?
