So I am back with ‘another’ kohl review today. No, I haven’t finished my stash of kajals yet as there’s one in every brand coming up everyday. I have watery eyes and I was on the lookout for a perfect waterproof, jet black kajal and bingo!
Makeupstudio Eye Definer Black Review
A series of waterproof, smudge proof and long lasting eye pencils. To be used as an eyeliner or as a base for eyeshadow.

This twistable eye pencil walked into my stash a few months ago and since the, have become my favorite. It is the blackest of black kohls that I have ever come across. I know UD perversion is the best but I haven’t tried it yet so till then this is my best kajal.
I wouldn’t say its very creamy. It is a little stiff like the MAC technakohl but no issues in application. It is very pigmented and one swipe gives you jet black color. It sets quickly so is not really smudge-able.
It is waterproof and I have tested it under many conditions. I even slept with it and it did not fade. The only issue is it does not come off even with a makeup remover completely. It takes two to three days to get it off completely. Hence I do not prefer it for daily use and I have kept it for special occasions when I do not want my kohl to fade even a bit.
I am wearing makeupstudio eye definer in black both on waterline and the upper lash line. It is also easy to tightline with this product.
Makeupstudio Eye definer Black is a jet black, smooth twist up pencil that is waterproof and non-irritating even on my sensitive watery eyes. Availability is an issue, otherwise a product definitely worth checking out.
