My views on the Avon simply pretty nail enamel:
These are the most preferable budget buys if you are a nail paint freak like me. Currently I have the most number of Avon nail paints in my NP collection and I own 7 of these simply pretty nail paints.
Avon simply pretty range offers a huge shade selection and the brand keeps adding more colors every month or so to keep the customers like me glued.
The shades I am reviewing today are ‘Mango Mania’ and ‘Cranberry’. The above picture shows‘Mango Mania’ which is a gorgeous shade and is a hot favourite of many. It is a muted orange color which is just bright enough to look flattering on your hand. I just love the brown undertones in this orange shade which in natural light lean more towards red.
Cranberry is a muted deep red shade. If you fear wearing bright reds/maroons as nail paint then this is a perfect shade for you. Again it is bright enough to look lovely on your hands but not very glossy to look OTT.
Both these shades give a rich color in the second coat and stay on your nails for 3-4 days without chipping. But these start fading away after the 3rd day so better use a base coat or clear top coat over them if you prefer long staying nail paints.
The bottles are small and cute and the brush applicator provided is of decent quality that applies the nail polish without any streaks. Just these nail paints needs some time to dry up so don’t be in a hurry while applying these.
Cheap. Always available on offer.
Leaves rich matte color that would suit all skin tones.
Stay on for 3-4 days without any base/top coat.
The applicator gives a streak free application.
Takes some time to dry up.
Starts fading quickly.
Final Verdict: I really like them and these are my first preference whenever I am on the lookout for some new shades. Grab these 2 shades if you want matte still lively shades.
